5. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these terms.
5.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
